A)   Present time-frame introduction (When the introduction to the Subjonctif passé is in a present time frame):

[Present time-frame introduction]  + que  +  Sujet  +  "avoir"(Subjonctif présent)  +  "devoir"(p.p.)  +  verbe principal (Infinitif)

B)   Past time-frame introduction (When the introduction to the Subjonctif passé is in a past time frame):

Example 1 (masculin / féminin singulier)

Je suis (present time frame) déçu qu'il (elle) ait dû travailler dans la pluie.

I am (present time frame) disappointed that he (she) did have to work in the rain. (for emphasis, or negative)

I am (present time frame) disappointed that he (she) had to work in the rain.

I am (present time frame) disappointed that he (she) has had to work in the rain.

B) Past time-frame introduction: (When the introduction to the Subjonctif passé is in a past time frame):

Example 2 (masculin / féminin singulier)

J'étais (past time frame) déçu qu'il (elle) ait dû travailler dans la pluie.

I was (past time frame) disappointed that he (she) had had to work in the rain.
