A)   When the introduction to the Subjonctif présent is in a present time frame:

B)   When the introduction to the Subjonctif présent is in a past time frame:

[Past time-frame introduction]  +  que  +  Sujet  +  "devoir"(Subjonctif présent)  +  verbe principal (Infinitif)

[Past time-frame introduction]  +  que  +  Sujet  +  (doive,  doives,  doive,  devions,   deviez,  doivent)  +  verbe principal (Infinitif)

Example 1 (masculin / féminin singulier)

 

Je suis (present time frame) déçu qu'il (elle) doive travailler dans la pluie.

I am (present time frame) disappointed that he (she) does have to work in the rain. (for emphasis, or negative)
