Example 1 (masculin / féminin singulier)

Il (elle) va vouloir acheter le livre.

He (she) is going to be wanting to buy the book.

He (she) is going to want to be buying the book.

He (she) is going to want to buy the book.

Special meaning when used with words like "quand, aussitôt que, dès que", etc. describing a future event:

Example 2 (masculin / féminin singulier)

Aussitôt qu'il (elle) va vouloir acheter le livre, …

As soon as he (she) does want to buy the book, … (for emphasis, or negative) (Future event)

As soon as he (she) wants to buy the book, … (Future event)
